We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In case of cancellation, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to help us improve our quality control processes.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been used or opened, due to hygiene and safety reasons. In case of any discrepancies or concerns regarding your order, please contact us and we will do our best to address your concerns.
